Wager Alarm NBA Best Bets - March 11
Adam Ronis brings you his best bets for today's slate of games
We had a bad beat last night with the Celtics, but at least it was a push instead of a loss. The Celtics led almost the entire game with a lead of nine at the half and 14 after three quarters, but the Pacers rallied to lose by three.
It's a rare six-game slate on a Wednesday night. Two games have double-digit spreads, while the other four are five points or fewer. Only two games have a total higher than 218.5. There's still a lot of injury news that isn't clear at the time of this writing, so I only have one play for now.
New Orleans Pelicans (-1.5) at Sacramento Kings, 10:30 p.m. ET
Both teams come in at 28-36 and fighting for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. They are each 3.5 games behind the Grizzlies for the final spot. The Pelicans have won two straight games, while the Kings have won four of their last six games. The Pelicans are 16-12-4 ATS on the road and the Kings are 12-18-1 ATS at home. The Pelicans are 23-10-1 ATS in their last 34 games and 13-3-1 ATS on the road in the last 17. The Kings are 14-17 at home.
