Divisional Best Bets and Props: Saturday
Jon Impemba pores over the data, analysis and moneylines to bring you his best bets for today's games between the Rams/Packers and Ravens/Bills!
It was a good win for the Rams on Super Wild Card Weekend but that run ends today as they go up against a highly motivated Aaron Rodgers who has looked like the sure-fire league MVP this season. Goff's thumb still doesn't seem 100-percent, Cooper Kupp is a game-time decision and you have a warm-weather team playing outdoors in 30-degree weather. I think the Rams defense will keep them in this game for a bit but ultimately Rodgers will open up a two-score lead here in my opinion.
Pick: Packers -6.5
Baltimore Ravens vs Buffalo Bills - First Touchdown
Touchdown props are always fun to throw a few dollars at so when I took a look at the props for this game I was surprised to see the odds we were getting on Mark Andrews here in this game. Sure, the Ravens are known for their elite rushing attack but the Bills have been lit up by opposing tight ends all season long which included allowing Jack Doyle last week to catch seven passes for 70 yards and a touchdown. If Baltimore can get the ball first in this one and drive down the field I think we have a good shot at some great odds with Mark Andrews here.
Pick: Mark Andrews First TD +1300
Robert Tonyan Over/Under 3.5 Receptions
Back-to-back player props for today and looking at the tight end position here also with Robert Tonyan and the Green Bay offense against this Rams defense. We know Jalen Ramsey is going to be all over Davante Adams today which means Rodgers may need to spread the ball around to his secondary receiving targets. Tonyan had a breakout season, catching 52 passes for 586 yards and 11 touchdowns. At plus odds let's see if he can get a nice payoff here today.
